Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership, management, and strategic direction for GlenOaks Senior Living Campus.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain a high standard of care.
  • Develop and manage the facility’s budget, focusing on financial stability and growth.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the community to promote GlenOaks Senior Living as a trusted and welcoming care provider.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and resident satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee quality improvement programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Campbell Street Senior Living, staff, and residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a long-term care or senior living setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in senior living facilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for serving the elderly.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 pounds.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying demands.
  • Adequate vision and hearing to perform essential job functions.
